The Aneros SGX model is the smallest Aneros massager available, the insertion length of the SGX measures approximately 3.5 inches. The perineum tabs contact the perineum approximately 1/2 inch closer to the anus.

The Acustick is the closest thing to the sexual "silver bullet" that I've ever come across! It far exceeded any expectations I had initially set for it. ...... the (SGX), by more intense, it seems to focus better on the perineum and the prostrate, I guess another way to put it is seems to be more concentrated on those areas and the orgasm's (dry ones although with a lot of pre-cum) are more intense and last anywhere from 2 to about 4 minutes. The SGX brings me to orgasm faster than the regular aneros and usually takes about 10 minutes after insertion to achieve my first one, where the aneros takes me much longer when I have only used it, maybe 25-30 minutes, but they are also intense.
