In recent Australian research related to prostate cancer it was theorised that if, while in their 20's, men masturbated regluarly, their chances of contracting prostate cancer reduced in late life. By milking the prostate, any toxins which have accumulated in the prostate gland can be flushed out
The milking session usually lasts between 10 - 40 minutes, and after about 10 minutes a man will begin to release fluid which has a sensation similar to slow urinating, after continued massage the fluid flows out freely.

At this point slowly withdraw the finger and insert a chosen massaging device, continuing to massage. It will increase in sensitivity and continue to stimulate until the man feels his sphincter muscles contract and the prostate swell.
Upon ejaculation the prostate gland with rapidly contract and empty, shooting out the semen. Many men like to perform this prostate massage in a warm bath, this is found to help increase the blood circulation, make insertion easier of both a finger and massager and some claim, better milking results.
